- Designed sales funnels and led guest acquisition: launched a loyalty program on the ReMarked platform (restaurant CRM and loyalty solution) and established guest communications via Senler (VKontakte-based messaging and CRM tool).
- Managed a team of 3–5 and coordinated external contractors for targeted and contextual advertising.
